Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

Please shop carefully as all VINTAGE item sales are considered Final.  

MODERN items are eligible for exchange or store credit when you follow our return guide!

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange is in new, unused, unwashed condition
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange was not purchased during a promotional or sale event. (New customer thank you codes do not apply).
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange are modern
  • Returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your return approval confirmation. (This means if a return/exchange is agreed upon on June 1st, the postmark on your return parcel should be no later than June 5th).
  • Returns are for store credit only. We do not issues refunds. 

Exchanges are only valid between like items. (For example, a small for a medium, or the sage version for the rose version of  the same garment).

We cannot guarantee stock for exchanges for our Modern Vintage Inspired styles due to the popularity of some of our styles. If the item you want to exchange is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued to you. 

How to request a return/exchange of an item

Within 48 Hours of receipt of delivery of your order, e-mail us at service@adoredvintage.com to request an exchange/return of an item for store credit with SUBJECT line "Attn: Exchange/Return"

In your request email please include:

1. Your Name (that you placed the order with)

2. Order Number

3. If this is an Exchange or a Request for Return for Store Credit. 

4. If an Exchange, What would you like to Exchange for. If Return, include reason for Exchange/Return. 

Exchange/Return Request Approval

If you emailed us per the above guidelines are qualify for an exchange/return, please wait for us to notify you that you have been approved and we will send you the return address. We ask that you ship your return back to us within 2 days of receiving our exchange/return approval confirmation.  Returns that are postmarked 5 or more days from approval confirmation will be subject to the 25% restocking fee. Once we receive your items, run a final inspection and deem the item in the same condition as it was sent to you, your store credit will be processed within 48 hours of inspection and you will be notified via email.

Store Credit

Your store credit will be available in a code that can be used at checkout similar to other discount or sale codes.

Store Credit can be used on any item(s) in the shop. Note that only one code at a time can be used at checkout.

Your code is valid for 90 Days from date of issue. We will remind you if your store credit is expiring and we can also extend the time window for you. 

Is there anything I can't return?

All jewelry, lingerie, underpinnings, swimwear, body suits (leotards), SALE items, and items marked AS-IS are Final Sale, no exceptions. 

Purchases made with a Promotional Code or purchased during a Sale/Promotion period are considered Final Sale. 

Restocking Fee

We charge a 10% restocking fee for any purchase returned for an exchange or store credit if contacted within 48 hours and postmarked within 5 business days of return agreement.

Items postmarked after 5 business days of agreement will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Return Shipping Fees

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered parcels. Please get tracking for your return shipments to our office as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returns.

Can I cancel my purchase?

So sorry, but we do not accept cancellations.
