For the past month I've been working on an updated version of our website that will have a couple new features I'm quite excited about most notably our new returns portal!
CHANGES TO OUR RETURN POLICY & OUR UPCOMING AUTOMATED RETURNS PORTAL
When Adored Vintage pivoted in the summer of 2018 to focus on selling mostly modern vintage inspired clothing, I didn't think my shop would grow this quickly! Since March of this year we've been averaging 750+ orders monthly and I knew the systems and processes I had set for Adored Vintage were going to have to change and adapt as we continued to grow.
The biggest one is handling our returns which will debut when our new site launches on September 1st! Overall the look and feel of Adored Vintage won't be that startling of a difference, but I have been doing a ton of research to add new apps to our website to make shopping easier and make returns more convenient so there will be less back and forth and e-mails getting lost or not being answered.
Very soon you won't have to email us to request a return. Instead to initiate a return you will simply just enter your order number and your email/zipcode/phone in our returns portal and the rest is easy peasy! Return shipping labels will be provided (so sorry loves, it's not free, we're not Amazon, we're not Madell, we're not corporate!) and you can track your returns! Our return policy is slightly changing also. You will have 5 business days from date of delivery to receive store credit and 3 business days from date of delivery to receive a refund. Most of the new system is automated and we really hope this new returns portal is easy and convenient to use.
SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS
Starting August 27th we will be implementing Shop Pay Installments through Shopify! It is similar to Afterpay, Quadpay, Affirm, and all those other multi payment options. Yay!
OTHER NEW FEATURES COMING SOON!
Around end of September we will be implementing Size/Fit recommendations based on your body measurements & also a way to earn rewards and loyalty points!
