Penelope Cruz in Captain Corelli's Mandolin

I remember coming across this photo of Penelope Cruz on instagram maybe or Pinterest... I don't know which, but thinking "WHAT MOVIE IS THIS?!" Well it turns outs is Captain Corelli's Mandolin (2001) and it's set in the 1940s, in Italy...and I'm basically just drooling over all her outfits!

They're feminine and pretty but a little folky...which I LOVE. Also her hairstyles... I haven't seen this movie yet, but I am going to watch it soon if not only to glean outfit ideas, hair inspiration, and dream of someday visiting Italy.
