1812 Regency French Fashion Plate
Publié par ADORED VINTAGE le

This pale spring green gingham dress (well, at least I think it's gingham) is Regency period from France. Many of the best dressmakers were French and the social elite would look at fashion plates to get ideas for new styles. The not so social elite would gather inspiration from these fashion plates and sew the dresses themselves.
