Classically Feminine With A Blouse and Skirt

A feminine white blouse and a fitted a-line skirt will never go out of style when paired together. This is one of my go-to uniforms for outfits and I have a fair stock of a-line below the knee length skirts that I pair with an assortment of white cotton blouses.

These images are from a Japanese movie from 1957 called Blue Sky Maiden...which I've never seen or heard about until now. I love that you get a peek of her slip underneath. Women should wear slips more often, it's such a delicate detail.
