We offer FREE standard shipping via USPS for orders $100+. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically arrive between 3-7 business days.
Please note that once a package is scanned by the postal service and leaves our hands, we no longer have any control of the whereabouts of the package.
We ship all orders via USPS. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any possible incurred import taxes & VATS (which is buyer's responsibility) but typically orders arrive within 7-14 business days.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
For domestic orders access our RETURNS PORTAL to initiate your Return.
For Store Credit you have 5 Business Days from day your order was delivered to initiate a return.
For a Refund you have 3 Business Days from day your order was delivered to initiate a return.
Returns processed for store credit will receive 100% of the value of the returned item(s). Your store credit does not expire and can be used on anything in our shop. Returns processed as a refund to the original form of payment will incur a 10% restock/handling fee.
Initial shipping fees when order was first placed is non-refundable.
A pre-paid shipping label for all domestic returns will be provided when your return request has been approved. Please note the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your final store credit or refund.
You have 7 days from when your order was delivered to initiate a return by emailing us at email@example.com and including:
1. Your Name (that the order was placed with)
2. Your Order Number
3. What you are returning and reason for return, detailed reasons are really helpful for us!
Note: To process your return request faster, please email us from the SAME email account you placed your order under that is linked to your Adored Vintage account.
Currently due to high rate of sellout of our products, we cannot guarantee exchanges. We recommend purchasing the size/color that you would like to exchange for and initiating a return for the original order.
All returns for store credit will receive a 100% of the value of the item(s). Once you select store credit for your return, we cannot reverse your choice if you change your mind. Your store credit is linked to your account and cannot be transferred or cashed out.
All returns for a refunds will be returned to the original form of payment and incur a 10% restock/handling fee.
Store Credit Abuse
Please note your store credit is not a revolving credit account for the shop and multiple returns using store credit will incur a minimum 25% handling fee if we feel you are abusing our store credit system.
Discounts & Final Sale
Orders placed during a storewide sale or are noted as Final Sale in the product description cannot be returned for a refund or store credit or be exchanged. All vintage, accessories, lingerie, underpinnings, swimwear, body suits (leotards), some lifestyle goods (apothecary & sundries), SALE items, and items marked AS-IS are considered Final Sale.
