Request A Return
Return Process:
➊ Submit a return request through our return portal within 7 days of order delivery
➋ Our team will approve your return and send you a return label along with further instructions — may take up to 2-3 business days
➌ Send your return back to us — You have 7 days from receiving the label to ship the return, otherwise you may incur a late return fee
➍ Once your return is delivered to our office, our team will process your store credit/refund within 4-6 business days
You will receive notifications via email when you submit a return request, when the return is approved and assigned a shipping label, and when your store credit/refund is processed.
