When purchasing any of our VINTAGE & ANTIQUE clothing and accessories please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final for vintage.
RETURN POLICY (VINTAGE INSPIRED)
Our Modern VINTAGE INSPIRED clothing can be returned for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
48 HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY
While all sales are considered final (pertaining mostly to vintage), we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Purchases made using a special promotion may be returned for store credit only minus a restock fee of 10%.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We highly suggest getting tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance especially if you are returning something from overseas. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Adored Vintage does not accept cancelled orders.
All orders handled as an exchange/store credit will be charged with a 10% restock fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Your store credit is good for 90 Days after date of issue. Store credit will be issued out within 72 Hours once your return has been processed.
