Bonjour mes amis! There are so many new projects I am so looking forward to in 2022 one being a petite pop-up shop inside our old retail location called Milkthistle & Co. This pop-up is a collaboration with Adored Vintage focused on small batch tea, apothecary (mostly from Europe), sundries, plants and flowers and will also feature a small DIY apothecary bar so you and yours can handcraft your own herbal and floral bath potions.    As you know, or perhaps not, we closed our retail location for Adored Vintage back in October of 2020 and moved it inside Urbanite just up...

The Adored Vintage brick & mortar is coming together bit by bit, day by day. There are still several things I need for the shop before the official opening date (I'm thinking September 30th) so I thought I'd share some of these needs with you.  I was able to acquire a large black and terracotta urn at Monticello Antique Marketplace for outside the shop and this afternoon went to Portland Nursery to get a plant for it. I need probably one or two more large plant vessels for outside the shop, but at least I have something to start with! Potting...

I'm slowly getting our Portland shop/atelier space set up for Adored Vintage. I've always said Portland doesn't need another vintage clothing store... there are quite a few in town already although sadly several of them have closed in the past couple of years. However, I must have taken several swigs of crazy juice the past month because I've decided to open up an Adored Vintage women's boutique in Portland. It's finally happening! I am opening up an Adored Vintage women's boutique in Portland, Oregon! While my shop will sell vintage and antique clothing, the shop will mostly stock modern and vintage inspired clothing and wares that fits the Adored Vintage aesthetic. I've been saying about a 60/40 ratio of modern and vintage with appointments available to see my full collection of antique and vintage clothing.
